returning your product

Didn’t love what you ordered? Our store is happy to accept online returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund, or exchange for an item of equal value. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition.

We’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item.

Simply repackage your item and drop it off according to the emailed instructions.

Once we collect your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.

Products purchased remotely can be returned according to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they are renouncing the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. The return of the products will be at the customer's expense, within 14 days of denouncing the contract. It is recommended to use the same transport service used for receiving the products.

The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels, and the accompanying documents). Products that show physical alterations, dents, chips, scratches, shocks, signs of excessive use, and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., will not be accepted for return.
